P. Walter Platt is a Charleston, SC native. He began seriously pursuing art in 1950 upon becoming interested in photography. He began painting and drawing in 1969. His work is featured in local, state, and national collections.
Frame has some chips. Measures approx. 20.5" x 16.25".
